Windows 7 problem

Hello. I am having an issue with my computer that started two days ago and I am not sure how to fix it. When I turn on my computer I get a msg saying vault explorer cache watcher has stopped working. I also keep getting another msg when I go to internet explorer which says a program on your computer has corrupted your default search provider setting on internet explorer windows 7. I also have another msg which I will show a screenshot of. Thanks for the help. It is greatly appreciated.;)

I'm sorry:o, what is a oem machine..I am not very savvy in this stuff.
