Hello,
Ever since I installed a windows vista theme on my windows 7 PC, (I have now removed it), I cannot open my documents, control panel, my computer.. well EVERYTHING that uses explorer.exe. I have installed my backup explorer.exe, but it still doesn't work. Help?

Oh by the way, control panel works on safe mode.
