Windows 7 Problems

When i turn my PC on it gets pasted the boot screen but once at the windows splash screen it loads up then the monitor goes black for a split second and then goes back on the slpash screen and stays there...

I have recently formated my HDD and reinstalled windows 7, after the intallation has completed it still gets stuck..

HELP ME!!!

As it seems you need to do another clean install have a look at the tutorial at the link below; be advised if you have any data on the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) that you don't want to lose don't use this method as it marks the entire HDD as unallocated space and over-writes any/all data on the HDD and it will not be recoverable after it's been done.
