Windows 7 Product ID and memory is blank on Security Screen

I have windows 7 professional with was installed by the previous owner and additional memory was installed as well (2x1024mb). I do not have a windows 7 disk. How can I fix the information to show Processor, Ram and my product ID again?

Can you see the data when clicking Start then right-clicking Computer then Properties? A tip: the Product Key will not show.

No the only information shows there is 32-bit under the system type

I'm not making accusations, but - I have seen pc's with a pirate copy of Windows where an attempt has been made to bypass activation by using a hack tool that just deletes the relevant files from the OS. This usually results in the product ID in the bottom part of the System props page being blank. This type of hack is easily detected from the MS end and throws up a 'not genuine' error.

I hope I'm wrong in your case, but if you post a wgadiag report, someone here will take a look at the info. In fact it's mandatory for this section.

The product ID was there until this morning. I did run the windows genuine test and it came back with a registered key and showed the product ID there but validation code 0. I'm also using the stand alone downloader to download updates right now. What is a wgadiag report?
