Windows 7 QuickEdit Mode doesnt select/copy/paste

I'm running cmd as Admin with UAC and QuickEdit Mode enabled, but when I try to select something it beeps repeatedly as I hold down the mouse button, then deselects when I let it up disallowing copy. Anyone else see this behavior or know of a solution? This is really quite annoying.

Try to disable Babylon translator if you have it installed
