You can't expect every suggestion to be added to the OS, the only real things they want to hear feedback on are the major show stoppers and bugs that they may have missed, you may be lucky if they implement one of your additions but I would not get too upset if they don't, also I don't beleive you will get any sort of response from sending feedback unless you are reporting it through the official Windows 7 blog or connect.
