I am going to re-install Win7. My question is...

Can I use my existing product key with the

new install?

Microsoft Software Recovery type your product key in here and see if it creates a bootable ISO for you, if it does then just follow the instructions, the key you have should work forever, no matter how many re-installs you do.

That link works for retail purchased Win7 only, including Builder's OEM.

For Factory OEM, read the options for obtaining media in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7

Those steps will also help you get and keep a perfect reinstall.
