Windows 7 Restarting(after over-clock)

Recently bumped up my i7 920 to 3.2ghz. All my temps are fine and the system run's great but once in a while if a load a VERY CPU intensive program my computer will simply restart. What can I do to make my overclock more stable?

I have already disabled all power saving features in the bios...

Update: Went into bios and Disabled turbo-boost and CIE Halt power saving feature. Hopefully this works out for me. Any other recommendations are appreciated.
