Windows 7 reverting any changes to files.

Hello everybody. I have experienced a very annoying problem with Windows 7: after each reboot, most of the files modified during the session revert to their original state. To put it plainly, folders and files that have been removed suddenly reappear, files and documents that have been changed revert to their original content, and so on. Does anybody have a solution for this?
