Windows 7 Scheme Error

I am just new in this forum, i just would like to ask an expert opinion regarding the error messege i am continuously after adding graphics card, image link of error msg is as under:-

Can any buddy help me in this regard.

Hi instaone, Welcome to the forums, It may be you do not have the correct graphic card drivers for your PC, if you would be so kind and fill out your system specs in the user control panel we may be able to assist you further

but i have updated driver from ATI official site.

i also filled my specs at the time of registeration
