Windows 7 Shrunk! :(

It updated last night and when I came on in the morning everything was shrunk. I did the make text and other items larger thing and I still have some problems.

Most likely it updated the graphics driver. Right Click > Screen Resolution, and pick a higher resolution until you find the proper one.
