Windows 7 shuts down on it's own - Event Viewer info.

Hi, Windows 7 (32 bit) shut down and restarted on it's own 2 days ago and then completely shut down on it's own when I stepped away from my laptop the next day and again last night while I was asleep. Sorry, I'm not a programmer and am not sure what info. you may need to analyze this situation but here is what was in the Event Viewer, the first day this happened, under Summary of Admin. Events:

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone - will help you search Google for the name of the driver

The Bonjour Service is not needed to run ITunes. I would uninstall it in Control Panel>Programs and Features.

Run a lightweight free AV like MS Security Essentials or Avast5 with the Windows Firewall.

You are on the right track studying the Event Viewer>Admin View. Just googling some of the error text and ID# will teach you how others have solved the problem, and a lot more about your computer.

Another log to study is the Performance log located on Advanced Tools page, accessed by clicking your WEI score link at Computer>Properties. Look also for cued issues at top of Tools page and Generate a System Health Report.
