Has anybody noticed that the same deals keep coming up?

I would think that the deals should be completely random.

I like Vegas style with 1 card at a time. Is there a fix or am I
doing something wrong?

There might be a fix somewhere around the internet, but the thing is that Solitaire has a few bugs in it, have you updated your computer to the latest version? The same thing happened to me around a year back now, and it seems that I hadn't patched the version to the latest one, i did that and it worked without doing the same deals. Hope this helps.

I went to microsoft's site , but couldn't find any updates for Solitaire.

Than it would be a glitch within the Solitaire system, try closing than re-opening the game and see if it will happen.
