Hi,
I have two microphones in the sound card after I have installed facebook video call app.
The second microphone is always closed and I have to manually unmute the speaker/sound.
It is always muted even when I unmute this and close the micorphone and sound card.
One thing that would likely help would be to install the proper drivers for your sound, either onboard or actual card as it is currently running on the default Windows audio driver. The default driver does work to a point. It allows you to have sound (not necessarily very good sound) and not much else.
Unfortunately can't point you in the right direction as to which you need as you didn't post any system specs.
Hi,
I have Windows 7 professional 64-bit sp1
intel gradfic card
Genuine intel(R) CPU U7300 @ 1.30 GHz 1.30 GHz Intel Oore Duo
Is it more spec information that you need about the hardware?
That does not answer Stormy's question. The PC vendor and model number if its a factory built system. If its a custom built, the motherboard vendor and model number will help to try and track down what audio you have.

You need the Realtek audio driver, which is the forst one listed yn that screen shot. You will also likely need the Intel VGA driver for the second, as it is for HDMI audio.
