Windows 7 Sp1 ISO file

I have the original win7 os disc and today i downloaded from MS the latest ISO file 2.4gb.
My question is ( does the iso file contain all previous updates included to this date)
or is it the same as original win 7disk some 5 yrs old.
Further to the above, would the new ISO contain all those nasty w10 snoop updates and reminders.
I have made the iso usb bootable as a safety concern .

A proper download of Windows 7/SP-1 from a authorized location will not have all the updates. It's called a ISO file.
Once installed you will need to download about 200 updates and install them exactly like you would if you had a Genuine Microsoft DVD with Windows 7-SP1 use on the installation.

If you have a Genuine Microsoft DVD with Windows 7-SP1 I recommend using that.
You also need the proper Genuine Microsoft COA key to match the Windows 7 you installed.

The updates that you get for Windows 7 will have all those nasty W-10 updates included no mater if you use a ISO or a Microsoft DVD to install with.

All the windows 10 updates come after the initial rounds of updates and are in the optional section, you should be checking what each update is for.

And Microsoft is always trying to re sneak the 10 updates in weeks later, be diligent, always check them.
