Solved Windows 7 Starter to Ultimate.Upgrade/Clean Install Error or stocked.

How did you try to reinstall Starter? Do you have a Recovery partition on the HD you tried to run? What is the computer make/model?

clean install,like boot from the start?uhm my computer specs?
Motherboard: Biostar G31-M7 TE.
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5800 @ 3.20GHz 3.20GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 2.00 GB stick
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
DVD/CD-ROM drive: ATAPI iHAS124 B ATA Device

If it's failing to clean reinstall Stater it's likely a bad ISO or bad burn. Download an official WIn7 ISO then burn to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed, boot it and follow these steps: Reinstalling Windows 7

and where can i download?i think it's not the iso or something because i used the starter GENUINE and won't go through,then I tried the Illegal Ultimate and still won't do.so do you think the problem is in my system?

Don't worry I personally don't like the idea of Illegal softwares. I just want to have a clean install.
