Windows 7 starting problem

My another windows 7 home premium 64 bit pc is starting in classic mode and nothing starting like coneectivity, system restore and the taskbar and start menu is appearing like classic view. So please help me how can I revert this ?

This might be connected to the problems you were having in you other two recent threads! Have you resolved them as there is no feedbck from you. If you are saying that this PC opens in Classic View, what exactly do you want it to revert to?
