Windows 7 startup programs

Hi,I have a windows 7 HP laptop.
Been looking into the start up programs not sure what to uncheck or check.
Well here is an image of the checked ones in msconfig,Can anyone please advise me what to leave checked or other.

I would uncheck everything except your antivirus/spyware protection.
You could leave the intel stuff checked if you want, but its unnecessary.
Anything that is needed will auto start regardless.
