Windows 7 startup stuck for 5minutes

Ok, so last night, I was so tired, Instead of shutting down my PC thru Start -> Shutdown, I just used the power button from the Chassis,
When i started my PC this morning, It was stuck at the windows logo for about 5minutes before actualy starting....I tried using the windows startup repair(Forgot the exact name) But its not repairing....Are there any software that check if theres something wrong with my windows 7 ,Because Im worried that if i restart my PC , It will get stuck in the Win7 logo permanently

For now work through these steps for Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

Program your Start Button to shut down the PC when pressed once, at Control Panel>Power Options.

Modern method is to also set it in Advanced Power Options to sleep at 30 then Hibernate (shut down saving all of your work) at 60-90.
