windows 7 startup (taskbar) very slow

recently, after i do de fresh install (7 32bits OS) and do fresh install for apps. i found out that, startup taskbar move very slow!
what is de problems with regard de above?:confused:

Well that was long time between drinks and there is still no system specs so we cannot work on something we know very little about.

Slow to boot and getting to the login page could have a myriad of causes mate and me personally I would like to know just what is in the machine ?CPU ? RAM ? hard drive etc etc

Just how did you set up the clean install I could go on but until we know just what you have we cannot really make a start.
