Windows 7 Stuck at Loading Screen

Hi!

My laptop stucks at the Windows 7 loading screen. It says 'Starting Windows' when it's taking too long. How can I solve this problem, preferably without the Windows 7 disc.

I can have access to the desktop only via Safe Mode.

Can you help me out?

If you can get into Safe Mode did you try running System Restore?

Otherwise run Startup Repair.

I take it you are saying you do not have a windows 7 install dvd ?

Greg`s suggestion of a system restore will fix the issue.
