Windows 7 stuck at 'starting windows'

Please help me!
my windows 7 ultimate x64 stuck at starting windows for so long .
i try every fix that i found at other post . but not one seem to work on me .
i also cant get into safe mode or every option that i found after press f8 . .
When i want to get into windows setup , it stuck (black screen with cursor) after loading screen .
i remove everything that plugged on my computer except mouse and keyboard .

my computer specs :

MSI MS7693 970A-G45
Amd Phenom ii quad core 960t 3.0ghz
kingston khx1600 8gb x1
windows 7 ultimate x64 oem

this happened to me when i did a bios update on my GIGABYTE motherboard using their liveupdate tool called @BIOS, after it said it updated the bios i restarted and the Windows loading screen took about 2 minutes and then it went to my desktop which was black screen with my mouse curser on it for about 30 seconds, then it finally loaded the desktop.

The way i fixed it was to go to recovery in safe mode and restore to the point before i updated the BIOS, and that fixed it.
