Windows 7 STUCK on "Starting Windows" NO SAFEMODE

I am really confused about what to do. I was using my computer yesterday and all the sudden everything hangs , to the point where i could not access task manger.
I have Acer Aspire 5730z. Please suggest come fixes. SafeMode will not work. I tried to boot from cd but it loads the files but then again takes me straight to "starting windows" , this where the animation shows up.

How long did you wait during the animation when you booted up the repair disc?

You may try testing your RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.
