I am still experiencing an issue with my computer locking up.

Install all Windows updates including SP1 - Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Your Ralink card isn't compatible with Windows 7. It is also mentioned 4-5 times in your Windows Error Reports. See if you can find a newer driver from the Ralink site. Ralink corp.. You could also try either using your Atheros wired network card or purchase a Windows 7 compatible WiFi card. If you decide to use your Atheros card then update the drivers. Atheros Communications
