Help and support type clock format. I would explain, but in this case easier if you see yourself.

I thought that you wanted to show milatary time, 15:30 rather than 3;30, and my instructions, to type clock format in the help and support would let you do that. If you want to illuminate, you may have to wait for others to answer.

CoolBoyMan, Welcome to SevenForums.
Seeing that it is sitting on the left side of the notification area of the taskbar looks like it may be a third party clock. I like the look but haven't seen it before. I will google it for you to see what comes up. You are in the right forum by the way. :D

Cool Boy.. Sorry I was unable to find any help for you. However after looking at your snip of the clock I agree with what Rich was saying that its military time with the date removed and the aero effect is making it look like it glows. Do you have aero enabled on your pc?
Good luck to you!

The clock you want, you are posting a picture here. Where did you get the picture? It's likely the system in the picture has a 3rd party theme that is creating that clock. My theme had 2 choices for the clock one is time and date, normal sized, the other was a larger time only. It's something the theme designer changed. A Guy

To change the clock the way you want it you will have to use Windows Style Builder, and change the size, color and glow with that. What theme are you using?

Ahh, an expert  I was hoping you or Sergio, or Mark or Paulie would see this. I could give him the name of a tool, but there my knowledge ends :D

what is your theme that make you change the clock?
my theme is soft7 and zest7

ok but "A Guy" say that his theme give him the option to change the clock not the Windows Style Builder
so this soft is the only way and the people that have this clock:

mim3mz3n2ajx.png

his using Windows Style Builder ??

Just zip your .msstyle file for the themes you want that clock for and attach them here. I will change the clock for you! ;)
