Windows 7 Taskbar Tasks not Working

Hello to all people on the forum. I have a problem and please ask for help.
Okay, Here is my problem:
When i go to the taskbar, the jumplists come up, everything works except when I click on The tasks like for example in IE8, "open new window" button. I click on it and nothing happens

Are you referring to right clicking one of the taskbar icons? If I do that with IE, I get an open new tab or open IE. I do not see an open new window button, but that might be the way you have the tabbed browsing set up in IE.

If you are selecting open a new tab, does an extra one show up?

I have found the problem.

It was A-squared IDS that prevented it.
