Hey is there anyway I can change my whole windows 7 home premium taskbar to mac small taskbar (not dock)?
But whenever I want I can return it back?

I'm going to say yes but you'll have to make a custom theme using something like Ave's Windows7 Style Builder or Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. and editing the .msstyle
Or go to Browsing Visual Styles 7 on deviantART and look for a custom theme.
You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
