Windows 7 Theme dll problem.HELP?

Hello,

I have a windows 7 ultimate 32bit and want to apply an mac osx theme
Browsing Windows 7 Utilities on deviantART
so i take ownership of Shell32.dll and change the name to Shell32.dll.old.
but now begins the problems now i want to paste the new Shell32.dll in the system32 folder. i paste and i not get an error or somethink so i search in the folder for the Shell32.dll file and i only can find shell32.dll.old.
The same problem is for the ExplorerFrame.dll etc.

Please HELP!?
