Solved Windows 7 theme downloading from Windows Website seems like wrong prog

Hello,I am trying to download a Windows 7 Theme from MS Win 7 theme site and it downloads in the Adobe Program and won't open.How can I change the program so I can install it and what do I change it to?It used to be automatic especially from the MS site.Thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.Since I posted this problem,I had larger problems and wound up reinstalling the whole Windows 7 program and now the themes are coming off in Shell Commoner and all seems well-I've installed 4 or 5 since.Thanks again!
