I know from my old computer which had Windows XP Home Edition SP 3, that you can install windows shell themes without the need of WindowBlinds. I don't like the program, so is there any possibility in Windows 7 too?
You can change the look and colors of the taskbar etc, but I just want new buttons too etc which you can't manage to do with the options Windows 7 let's you change by default.
