Windows 7 think that there is an update

The link doesn't work.

However...
Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

The scan command did not find anything. The CBS folder takes 34 MB of space when zipped and the oldest of 5 cab files is from 9. september and the others are from 10. and 11. of september. After SURT which installed a hotfix the message about installing new software when the Pc is shutted down is not present today but was present yesterday after SURT dis it's thing.I have tried to upload the windowsupdate log but the internetexplorer shuts down (?). I think that SURT did the trick. Thanks.

Maybe for you - but I suspect that you haven't enabled sharing of the file properly. You need to Share it with Everyone, and then post the new link.

The WU log is a mass of nothing but attempts to download/install Windows 10
All fail with fairly routine errors.

What have you done with the Windows 10 download that appears to have properly completed? Have you changed permissions on the folder?

Do you actually WANT to install Windows 10?

I have sent the link to two of my colleagues and they can use it. The first time it did'nt work was because the file was gone. It has been shared to everyone all the time.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/28wfhtfwt7jbyxu/Update.JPG?dl=0

I have downloaded windows 10 to a memorystick and uninstalled KB2952644 and KB3035583 and then disabled or hidden the two updates.

I don't want to install Windows 10 at my laptop yet because I have installed it on my desktop (clean install) and I am not convinced yet. Two times my userprofile is just disappeared (the Peter folder was gone). There is a lot of perflib errors which I can't get rid of and I have consulted Technet without any luck. I need to have one Pc I know I can "trust". The Windows 10 Pc is running smoothly but these perflib errors i the eventlog annoys me - they should not be there. The update icon on the shut down button is still not present and it a good sign.

Ah - I didn't realise that the graphic was what you wanted me to see - I thought I was looking for a file to download!

There IS a download to install- Windows 10 ;)
It's just that it's an Optional update, and MS is trying to push it as much as possible.

Try uninstalling KB30035583 and see if that stops Windows 10 thrusting itself upon you.

I have mentioned that I have uninstalled KB30035583 and SURT installed a hotfix. The Windows 10 update gave up 4. of september.

Your are right. I just can't see it in the update history anymore. Not since september 4. I am beginning to hate MS.

I have upgraded to Windows 10 and later I will make a clean install and the perflib errors will still be there. Just like on the desktop Pc. Technet has a lot of suggestions and they are all tried and I have updated all drivers. When I make a clean boot the errors are gone, but I have uninstalled all programs and the errors are still there. But I'm not giving up - maybe I can help MS. The errors is in the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application.
