The required Systems Hard Drive that is partitioned when you install 100MB in size records information that is saved even through a fresh install of the Operating system.
If you ever use a Validation emulation program and windows discovers it... it puts the information in the systems hard drive and forever afterwords you have startup problems and install problems.

Windows doesn't really erase the hard disk on a format command.

so a fresh install doesnt bother to reload windows system programs it skips right over it because it is already there.... and then reinstalls your new OS on the Hard disk...

Keep in mind the systems folder has information that is still there about your previous OS setup and whether you ever used a Validation workaround...

and it then corrupts your startup and install dlls

my question is... was it microsoft or some german Hacker that took over my PC

But I used KILL DISK to completely erase my Hard drive

Then a fresh install with win 7 enterprise free 3 month trial and it works just GREAT...
installs fast no issues.... it just works now....

Yep, I always blank my drives with gdisk unless I am reinstalling the same OS again. It's so quick with gdisk, I often do it anyway, even when reinstalling the same OS.
