Windows 7 UEFI Installed, Windows Loading Files without USB

So I followed the guides and was able to install Windows 7 UEFI. GPT partitions verified once I booted into Windows.

I have an issue where I can boot into Windows 7 if I leave the Windows 7 USB stick in, but if I remove it, it boots up with Windows Loading Files and then just hangs, does nothing.

What do I need to do to fix this?
