Hello Army008, welcome to Seven Forums
It is possible to dual-boot Mac with Windows but it is a violation of the Mac use agreenment to install Mac on non-Mac hardware.

I'm not sure as I have never looked into that though I would think that doesn't matter.

I'm no help with that it as I've always meant to learn to dual Windows and Mac, it is possible to do so.

Possible, but high risky. Coz both the OS uses tow different type of formatting.
If you ask me, I would suggest you to not put the Journaled partition in the same HDD in which windows is.

One more point, if you really do it, dont set up a dual boot using Windows boot manager.
Better use BIOS one time boot menu key to choose which HDD to boot up.

What Mac programs do you want to run? Actually there is no Mac only programs that I kknow of except those from Apple. Like Aperture, FCP and the standard iLife and iWorks programs. All other software usually has both Mac and Windows versions.
As to the "i" programs why would you want to run them. They all S.U.C.K and there are better windows programs then any of them that do a better job and are easier to use. This coming from someone that has a Mac computer and can't figure out why anyone would say Mac's are easier to use, they aren't.
