Windows 7 Ultimate for 0.99 -- Windows 8.1 build 9374 !!

Hi there
In the latest leaked build of W8 (build 9374 and it's now called Windows 8.1) there's this little mystic gem in the "Add features to Windows 8.1.

A little Icon -- Windows 7 ultimate with an even more cryptic 0.99 price beside it -- I'll certainly buy a TRUCKLOAD of W7 ultimate licenses at 0.99 Cents !!!.

Haven't a CLUE what the thing does yet though -- could be some VASTLY improved type of "XP mode" for W8 where the OS operates in "W7 mode". We'll have to see -- probably in the NEXT build -- I can't see what this tile actually does at the moment but the fact it's there raises interesting questions.

So let me see, you "Upgrade to Windows 8.1" from Windows 7 then purchase a Windows 7 mode. My version of that would be to insert USB and reboot set up 7 or not downgrade in the first place.
If you purchased a new machine with Windows 8 or 8 Pro this if true would be great news if 8 was not to purchasers liking.
