Welcome!
Does this mean you are unable to log in unless you are in Safe Mode?
If so, you can try running
Startup Repair . Try unplugging all unnecessary hardware from your computer also, like video cards, USB devices, and extra hard drives.
Hope this helps,
~JK

Check event viewer (type eventvwr in search) see if there are critical errors (they have red in the left hand column) that say app hang, app crash, etc. Note the event ID and source.
Let us know what they are

Could you have a virus? Download
Malwarebytes and do a scan.
Also check in
Event Viewer , under Windows Logs>Application Logs, does it give any report on what caused the crash?
You might also open an
elevated command prompt and run
sfc /scannow .

It appears that some executable files klr.exe lsass.exe caused the crash. I've never heard of those programs before.
What should i do? I deleted 'em but they come back

Quick google: klr.exe is KaZaa Lite Ressurection so this is probably bad stuff. especially if you dont have kazaa. the other file. i know is a process. lsass.exe controls user logon and passwords. if it fails or if it is ended, explorer will give notice of shut down via countdown. the sasser virus exploited this program hence the virus name. so don't delete lsass.exe it is needed. make sure though that it is located in the system files. A virus can be named anything and a virus can also overwrite stuff so i hope this isnt the case. if lsass.exe is located anywhere outside of the normal system files directory then it is a probably a virus.
