Windows 7 Unexpected Shutdown Blue Screen Error

My computer has shutdown unexpectedly several times. Every time, I am not using the computer. It always happens when I am away, therefore I have not seen it happen. I simply come back, start it up, login, and get the Unexpected shutdown message.

The latest message was:

Two of the three (at least) ppoint to memory (memory exceptiosn) as the cause.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.


Also note the older drivers listed below that could use upgrading.

Thanks Ken! The Memtest86 and ISO Recorder look pretty straight forward. I will get at this later today.
Are there any driver update utilities you recommend that will automatically keep my drivers up to date, like the ones you noted above?
Also, how exactly do I update these drivers?
And how should I know when to update drivers in the future?
