hello people

I cant update my window 7 Professional x86 32 bit with SP1. also cant install IE11

I read old article about my problem and some forum message but no helped me.

how can I fix that problem ?

Error message when you try to install a Windows update, a hotfix, or a service pack after you perform System Restore in Windows Vista: "0x80071A91" may help

open an Elevated COmmand Prompt and run the following command...

fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\

then close the command prompt window wait 10 minutes, and reboot - try Windows Updates again.
