hi

i work on a place that repairs computers, i have one pc laptop dell ,wich i made the dell recovery, emediatly after that, i try to do the updates and said to reboot as the service was disabled but it isnt.
I try to do by our hard disks we rum a program that have all updates for 7, it starts installing sp1 and says catastrofic error.
What is hapenning here ?
the defender is down. i read something about windows defender.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.
