Has anyone seen the Windows 7 Upgrade Chart supposedly released by microsoft? :D

You can see the images almost everywhere in the internet. Do you guys believe that this is a genuine information that was released by Microsoft?
Ed Bott Said that it is DEFINITELY a fake and created by a spy or something in Microsoft from apple. He stated that such a chart was too confusing and would only serve to destroy windows 7 by saying that the product is too comlicated. Only an apple fan would release such a chart. He supported his argument by saying that the Windows Vista Starter 64 bit doesn't exist but was placed on the chart. In addition, windows vista starter was never released in the united states. Also, if you look in the footnotes, it says that WIndows 2k upgrade is not available although the microsoft site clearly says that the windows 2k is eligable for the upgrade. Ed bott also released a simplified version of the chart shown in his znet blog. Finally, if you call the windows pre-order on the phone, they will clearly tell you you its not real.
Simplified windows 7 upgrade chart (ed bott):

Blogger Joe Wilcox believes that the chart is real. His primary argument is that "One Mistake Doesn't Discredit the WIndows 7 Upgrade Chart". He acknownledges that the vista starter 64 doesn't exist. However, he also says that the vista starter row might have been intended for windows xp because there was an xp 64 bit release. He believed that the chart would have beencorrected b4 the final release, but was a genuine document released by microsoft. He alsobelieves that the windows 7 upgrade chart cannot be simplified in any way. He says that the simplified version that Ed Bot created compeltely neglected some crucial upgrade information. As for the windows 2k upgrade mistake, he offers no comment. His statement is found ehre: One Mistake Doesn’t Discredit the Windows 7 Upgrade Chart « Joe Wilcox

DO you guys think that this is a genuine upgradechart?

I really think that ed bot is right. Microsoft would never release something like that. It would benefit nothing at all for the company.
