Windows 7 W button Help!!!

Ok so when ever i hold w button and pressing up button its not scrolling or not moving up i mean i play fifa 11 and fifa online i have w as sprint i cant sprint up ((
Any ideas how to solve this problem????

Can you temporarily assign a different key and test to see if it works?

Couple of thoughts. Can you try another keyboard? The W on your keyboard might be the problem. Another possibility is that you're using a 64-bit version of 7. Not all games are 100% compatible with 64 systems. Have you played FIFA 11 before on a different (32-bit) operating system and did the W key work then? Have you checked the EA help forums for similar problems or contacted EA tech support? This might be a known problem and they might have a patch or work around.

I play on a laptop! I used w key + up before and in worked!
Its not just ea sports i tryed the same thing ok on world of warcraft i can play it normaly but i just tryed to move forward using w+ up it would work before
