Windows 7 wallpaper with change.

hi i have a nice wallpaper made ​​and I want to use as new users are created automatically the wallpaper comes out how do I do that?

How do I create a theme file? including desktop wallpaper. So all in one file.

I use windows 7 home premium.

I want that file is automatically loaded into new accounts created.

You could do OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to create a theme (step 3) how you like, then save it as a .theme file (step 4). When finished, move the .theme file to say into the C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder to specify that location when specifying it in the tutorial in my post above. The blue note box at the top of the tutorial below will show you where the .theme files are located at when saved.
