Windows 7 will not update after restoring computer back to July 2015

Using Acronis I restored my HP Pavilion Laptop back to 20 July 2015. Now my computer states that as of 20 July 2015 Windows 7 is up-to-date and no important updates are available. How can I get my Windows 7 to update to May 2016?
