The forum's moderator Barman58 clarifies some crucial issues about how to place your bootloader for the dual boot.

If you are sure you didn't place GRUB on the Win7 partition, and that it is marked active, then boot the Win7 repair after writiing it's ISO to flash stick using this method: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html

Accept any offered repair. If this fails to start Win7, boot back into Recovery Tools list to run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots to see if it can repair or rewrite the MBR to Win7.

I Dont Want To Sound Rude But I Know How TO Do That, To Do That I Would Have To Log Into My Windows 7 But I Cant Because It Wont Boot. I Cant Follow Those Steps Because I'm Using Linux (Sabayon KDE) See, I Have Sabayon And Windows 7 On 2 Different Partition On The Same Hard Drive. When I Try And Go To The Windows One It Says My Boot-mgr Is Missing. The Real Problem Is I Dont Have The DVD With Me And My CD Drive Isn't Working Anyway. I Want To Find A Way And Use What I Have To Fix My Windows 7 Boot Up, And All I Have Is A 4GB USB Drive And My Linux Sabayon. If Fixing My Windows Means Deleting Sabayon Altogether I Dont Even Care. I Just Want My Windows. I Dont Even Know How To Use Unix Products Correctly Without Messing Something Up... You See What I Mean?

Try rebooting your computer and tapping the F8 key repeatedly until it loads Advanced Boot Tools.

See if there is an option to Repair My Computer on the list. If so, click it and accept any offered repair. If this doesn't start Win7, boot back in to Repair My Computer and click through to Recovery Tools list to run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots to repair the MBR.

If this fails we can use the Command Line to try marking Win7 active, or even deleting the Ubuntu install to see if that might stop it from interfering with the Win7 bootloader as Ubuntu tends to do.

If not try Last Known Good Configuration.
