Windows 7 wont start up or go into safe mode

Yesterday I installed and uninstalled to virus programs and after reboot I can start up into my desktop, nor can I boot in to safe mode I can get to the safe mode screen but every time it says trying to repair computer but fails to do so, I tried a few rescue disks and kapersky got me to their boot up and it saw all my files etc so I know they are there, what do I do now?

Hello Crazy Hoops mate sounds like if I am reading it right you have been rather unwise in playing around with malware.

Now if the Kaspersky could not fix the problem then it is going to be a uphill struggle.

Now the only way to get rid of the malware I am thinking will be a clean install and that will get rid of the malware but also your data.

Now to retrieve that before you install try this.
BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Download Ubuntu Desktop | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows

The first thing I would try is a System Restore point or Last Known Good Configuration. Both are available via the Advanced Boot Menu, which you can access by pressing F8 just as the machine leaves its initial BIOS boot screen.

I agree with Paul mate but I would still use my ditty to get the data saved

Yep, getting that data safe is of the highest importance! Even if the machine boots again, get the data saved and backed up. Some viruses deliberately target data rather than break the machine.
