fyi I believe it wouldn't be the board that supports it, it'd be the CPU lacking virtualization features. Intel slaps these features on some CPUs & not others, while AMD gives it to the masses.

Either way it does not support virtualization. I do have VMLite running it runs XP . I have not yet experimented with it. I can run XP inside of Windows 7 Ultimate and can see and use a USB drive.
The 940 Opterons are AMD
