Windows 7 x64 BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTIOn

Hey guys as you can tell by the Title i'm having a problem with Windows 64bit, I got it today and installed the operating system and everything has worked fine until I tryed installing World of Warcraft, I've been installing the game and was watching YouTube videos at the time when all of a sudden I got a BSOD saying what it says above, I had BSODs with my last operating system which is why I did a fresh reinstall, i'm curious to know what this is, I don't know how to upload a Minidump file so i'm wondering if you can help me with that aswell to help diagnose the problem

Okay I did what you said in the link but where is the PERFMON HTML file? Sorry bit of a newbie in this area.
