Windows 7 x64 constant crashing (dumps inside)

I've reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64 three times, and it still keeps on crashing. I've tried to install different graphics drivers, I've set my RAM timings/voltage in BIOS, etc.

I think the problem is somehow related to Firefox. I am not completely sure, but it seems that when I do a lot with Firefox (e.g. download files and open links simultaneously) the PC BSOD's. Right now I'm writing on IE, and no crashes..

Nothing seems to help. I've attached the minidump files and hope to find a solution.

System specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
ASUS P5Q-E
Kingston HyperX 800MHz 2x2GB
Sapphire Radeon 4670 ULTIMATE

By the way, the system works perfectly under Windows XP (32-bit) and Ubuntu 9.10 (64-bit).

Thanks a bunch! :)

If firefox is causing the problems, completely remove it then reinstall the latest version, see if that helps.

It's not Firefox. It seems to happen when I multi-task.

The Asus P5Q series of boards seems to have had issues with Win7. Particularly with Asus mobo drivers and with settings for the RAM.

The first BSOD blames your networking driver (athrxusb.sys) - this is most likely a USB network adapter. Please visit the manufacturer's website to download the latest, Win7 compatible driver.

Additionally, the 2005 version of the ASACPI.SYS driver is known to cause BSOD's in Win7 on Asus systems. Please download the latest version of the Asus PCProbe (under the Utilities section of this page: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt ) and install it on your system.

After this is done, please test to see if the BSOD's are corrected.

Here's a listing of older drivers on the system at the time of the crash.
Code:
athrxusb.sys Mon Jan 29 07:57:10 2007
ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
Here's a summary of the BSOD's:
