Windows 7 x64 Context Menu Editing for Files AND Folders

I am trying to remove several context menu items for some file types AND folders. I've noticed that the right-click context menus differ depending on the file type, and also the folder type, depending on what type of files are in the folder. I've search far and wide, and have not been able to find software that will let me edit the menus. I've tried ShellExView and ShellMenuView but they don't list any of the menu items I'm looking for. I've tried every other software I could find. Does anyone insight into this? Is it impossible to remove certain items?

Specifically, I am trying to remove some, but not all, Windows Media Player, VLC, and Winamp context menu items for some file types and folders. I use different media players for different things, so currently my context menus are crowded. Every piece of software I've tried doesn't show these entries. Thank you for the link, the guides do not address my specific problem, however.

You might also check in the 3rd party program settings to see if there may be an option to remove them from the context menu.
