Welcome to SF!

Please upload your dmp files for analysis:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83172-dump-files-upload-seven-forums.html

Without seeing them, I can only suggest a memory test, hard drive test, and a visit to my guide http://www.sevenforums.com/installa...on-installation-problems-their-solutions.html.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

Test your hard drive: HD Diagnostic

Where did you get your Windows DVD?

Bet it is memory. If you can pull all the memory but one stick and re-boot

Please run Memtestx86 to test your RAM.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.
